MEET IAN GLADUE

A lifelong entrepreneur and advocate for Indigenous cuisine, Ian Gladue founded Native Delights to bring traditional foods to the mainstream. Growing up in Bigstone Cree Nation, Ian learned the importance of food as a way to share stories, connect people, and honour history.

Through his journey from a small food cart to a recognized Indigenous brand, Ian remains committed to preserving and sharing the rich traditions of Indigenous cooking—one bannock at a time.
